Workflows; "Pending" Workflows show Opened date as 01/01/1 in grids

The Workflows grid on the Account, Account Application and Client forms shows "01/01/1" in the Opened column for "Pending" Workflows.

The New Workflows page of the Workflow Types form has an option to "Leave new Workflows Pending".

NOTE: This date may also have displayed an incorrect value since it was not being converted to UTC format correctly.
