HTML Widgets; Account Close; Incorrect Transaction Types may be displayed on the Payment page under some scenarios

The Transaction Type dropdown list on the Payment page of the Account Close HTML Widget could, under some scenarios, display invalid Transaction Types for the Account Class. This was most obvious when attempting to close a Deposit Account, and a number of recalculations (due to updating controls) were performed.

This issue was only apparent in finPOWER Connect Cloud, running the HTML Widget internally within finPOWER Connect Desktop did not show the issue.
