User Groups; new option to prevent a User posting Transactions to filtered out Accounts
A new option "Allow Users to post Transactions to filtered out Accounts?" has been added to User Groups.
NOTE: The default is true (checked) - to maintain backwards compatibility.
When unchecked Transaction Entry and Bank Entry will allow filtered Accounts to be entered but they will error upon commit.
NOTE: Other functions, e.g., the Account Payment wizard, do not allow filtered-out Accounts to be loaded.
