SMS Messaging; warning given if not using the new Messaging interface

A warning is now given if SMS is not using the new Messaging Interface.

Under Tools, Global Settings, Messaging group, SMS page the "Use new Messaging interface" will include a warning label if it is not checked "The old interface is obsolete." with the tooltip "The old Messaging Interface should be avoided as it may be removed in a future version of finPOWER Connect.".

Note, the default for new databases is now to use the new Messaging interface.
