Portals form; Theme page; New Logo URL for Login form added to allow hyperlinking of the Logo

A new "Logo Hyperlink URL" can be defined on the Theme page of the Portal form.

If specified, this provides a hyperlink on the Logo on the built-in Login form, e.g., to allow Users to easily return to the main website.

This should be a full URL if linking to an external site, e.g., "https://www.intersoft.co.nz/Products" or, you can link to an unauthenticated Portal page, e.g., "/AboutUs".
