HTML Widget; Send Email Message wizard added

A new "Send Email Message wizard" HTML Widget is available.

LIMITATIONS: This widget does not allow "Save as Draft" or "Open For Edit" functionality and relies on SMTP being configured.

This HTML Widget builds a list of Email Addresses using new functionality which is used in both the Document Create HTML Widget and the Send SMS Message wizard (both the wizard and the built-in finPOWER Connect desktop form). Therefore, the list of Email Addresses may not match those shown in the finPOWER Connect desktop Send Email Message wizard.

The following permission key is used to restrict access:

• Cloud.Form.EmailMessage

A new business layer object, finSendEmailMessage, has been created to support the functionality of this wizard. This is used in the HTML Widget but not currently in the finPOWER Connect desktop form.

In addition to the functionality contained in the Send Email Message desktop form, the HTML Widget allows one or more of the following file attachments to be added to the email:

• File
• A file uploaded from the User's PC
• Document Manager
• A Document Manager file for the selected record
• Resource
• An item from the Resources admin library that is flagged to "Allow use as an Email attachment"

NOTE: The Send Email HTML Widget has been updated to use the new HTML Editor widget control. This control does not work correctly under Internet Explorer and therefore when running within finPower Connect desktop.
