Workflows; Discourage use of 'Version 1' Workflow Types

Version 1 Workflow Types will show an "Obsolete" warning next to the Version dropdown on the Workflow Types form.

Use of Version 1 Workflow Types is not recommended and therefore the "Obsolete" warning brings this to the attention of Users.

If the Workflow Type is active, the form header will be coloured red.

NOTE: This is purely to discourage the use of this older functionality that has been superseded and does not indicate that this functionality will become unavailable in the near future.
