Workflows; "Bank Account Enquiry Review" Item updated

This used an obsolete method to fetch the latest Bank Account Enquiry - finBL.ClientFunctions.GetLatestBankAccountEnquiry2.

It has been updated to use finClient.GetLatestBankAccountEnquiry.

However, to achieve this a new parameter, includeInProgress, has been added to finClient.GetLatestBankAccountEnquiry - as the Review function needs to include Enquiries still in progress.
