Log form; Email and SMS pages are now available

Email and SMS pages are now shown on the Log form where applicable.

NOTE: Previously, only the New Messaging Interface was supported (this captioned the page "SMS Messaging"

The following are differences between this implementation and the corresponding page on the Log forms in finPOWER Connect desktop:

• Email
• Target is not displayed if it is "Send"
• Format is not displayed as a checkbox, it is either "Plain Text" or "HTML"
• Attachments (if present) appear below the Subject rather than the message body

• SMS
• Message Id and Reference are not shown (old SMS interface)
