Revolving Credit Loan Accounts; added option to apply Direct Debit Stop To date to Minimum Payments only

There is a new option to apply the Direct Debit Stop To date to Revolving Credit Loan Account Minimum Payments only. This means Promises, Additional Payments etc will still be Direct Debited as normal.

This allows the Minimum Payment to not be Direct Debited and instead paid by Promises (that will be Direct Debited).

On the Direct Debit Stop wizard, for Revolving Credit Loans, there is a new option "Apply to Minimum Payments only?".

In addition the "DD Status" column now displays "Future Manual" and "Future Direct Debit" instead of "Manual Payment" and "Future" respectively.
