Workflows; HTML Widget Item Types not using success flags or icons from the Outcome

The following Workflow Item Types may or may not use Outcomes:

• HTML Widget
• HTML Widget Script

Both were not displaying the correct icon, nor were they setting the correct row colour when viewing the Workflow Item in the tree view in the Workflows form if Outcomes were being used. This has been corrected, and now the corresponding outcome colour and icon will be used from the Outcome. If no Outcomes have been defined, then "Success" icons and colouring will be assumed.
