HTML Viewer form and WebView2 control; now support Save function

The HTML Viewer form, which uses the WebView2 control, now supports a Save function. The "Save" button is located below the HTML page.

There are still some technical issues with the underlying control that Microsoft is working on to do with the Save functionality. For example, right-clicking on the page and clicking "Save As" may not work.
