SMTP Email Message Provider; will now retry if message fails to send with Mailbox Busy or Unavailable errors
The SMTP Email Message Provider will now retry the send if it fails to send and the error is either with Mailbox Busy or Mailbox Unavailable.
It will retry 3 times, after 2, 4 and 8 seconds (total of 14 seconds).
