Quotation Credit Enquiries; new option to "void" pending Credit Enquiries

There may be some circumstances where a Quotation Credit Enquiry cannot be confirmed - as the Credit Bureau returns an error. For example, the Credit File has been suppressed and cannot be updated or the Credit Bureau has removed the original Credit Enquiry.

Therefore, a new option to "void" a pending Quotation Credit Enquiry has been added.

On the Service Log form, General page, if the Quotation Status is "Pending" there is a "Void" button to the right of the Status. Click this to set the Quotation Status to "Voided".

The Credit Enquiry Report will then show the Quotation status as "Voided" and note the User and Date and Time it was voided.

A Permission Key, "Client.CreditEnquiry.Quotation.Void", has been added to control access to this facility.
