illion BankStatements; Incorrect "OLD Report" Alert may be displayed

The illion BankStatements summary page may display the incorrect alert "This is an OLD Report, date is from 738084 days ago" when the first Account being returned does not have transaction data.

The Business Layer Accounts object ISBankAccountEnquiryResponse_BankStatements_DownloadDataAccounts has two new properties to show the earliest and latest dates across all Accounts:

• AccountsDateStart
• AccountsDateEnd

Shortcuts to these properties have been added to the top level ISBankAccountEnquiryResponse_BankStatements_DownloadData and ISBankAccountEnquiryResponse_BankStatements_BrokerFlow Business Layer objects

The summary page Alerts have been updated to use the properties.
