finAccountClose; "Get" on RefinanceIntoAccountId Property was not working if no Refinance Account Type set
Attempting to get the value from finAccountClose.RefinanceIntoAccountId was always returning a blank string if no Refinance Account Type had been set, even if a valid Account Id had already been set.
This was incorrect, as specifying an Account Type is not required when setting an Account to Refinance to.
