Document Execute wizard; "Order By" not being respected

The "Order By" column shown when running the Document Execute wizard (e.g., to send bulk Client emails) was not being used. The Recipients would always be in whatever the default order was (this varied by record type).

NOTE: This parameter is now respected however, the Recipients grid has sortable columns which, if set will override this order. This is not the case with the Document Execute HTML Widget which does not allow sorting of the grid.
