"Entity" Filter added to Process Direct Debit Payments wizard

The Process Direct Debit Payments wizard and Business Layer Class have been updated to allow an Entity Range to be specified.

Note: This is only available in the form, or applied in the Business Layer when the database is licenced for the "Entities" Addon.
