Account Payment Method Entry; Bank Short Name being set to full Bank Name

When entering Bank/ Branch (New Zealand) or BSB (Australia) information for an Account, e.g., Account Payment wizard, the Bank Short Name is incorrectly updated to the Bank's full name.
