Dynamically updating the "LimitToList" Property on a ComboBox in finPOWER Connect Cloud did not work

Dynamically updating the "LimitToList" Property on a ComboBox (i.e., updating it after initialisation) was not respected in finPOWER Connect Cloud. E.g., if a ComboBox was updated to be limited to list, it would remain off.

This has been fixed, and now the ComboBox control works as expected.
