finMessageRecipients.Execute does not set "Sent" flag on items when Email or SMS is sent

The business layer finMessageRecipients collection allows sending of Email and SMS messages for all items flagged with Include = True and CanSend = True.

However, the Sent flag, although initialised to False was never set to True meaning you could not easily query which items had been sent.
