Account Applications; Accept or Decline wizard and Account Warnings fails

The Accept or Decline Account Application wizard may fail with an error on the Account Warnings page.

The error is "Failed to execute Account Application Type 'GetAccountWarnings' method. Failed to get Account Warnings. Failed to execute Object Event Script 'ACC.WARN' for event . Script execution failed for Script 'ACC.WARN'. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

This occurs if the Account Application does not have a Branch defined.

This error has been fixed and a new "Fail" warning added if the Branch is not defined.
