Certificates; Usage information incorrect
The Usage information for Certificates was incorrect.
It included old GlobalSettings, UserSettings and WebConfig information for "MotorWeb" that is no longer used. In addition it did not include MotorWeb links from Cost Centres.
This means the Certificate record may not be able to be deleted, or conversely be able to be deleted when it shouldn't.
