Reporting view; "Refresh" action now appears below Downloads grid and "Customise 'My List'" only appears on the "My List" tab

The Reporting view has been updated to remove the 'Refresh" and "Customise 'My List'" actions that appeared in the bottom-left of the screen.

Instead, the "Refresh" button appears below the Downloads grid and the "Customise 'My List'" action only appears when on the "My List" tab.

NOTE: If the "My List" tab is hidden, "My List" can still be customised (including showing it again) via the "customise this list" link which shows on the "Reporting" tooltip.
