HTML Widgets; Securitisation Allocation HTML Widget now fully featured

The Securitisation Allocations HTML Widget has been implemented fully. It uses Background Processes for both the "Refresh" and "Commit" stages and therefore requires Web Services installed and configured to be used.

The HTML Widget can be configured in Cloud Connect Settings to be run in two ways:

1. "Auto Commit" - This allows the User to input Parameters and once confirmed the entire process is sent to the Background Processor. This will automatically commit all eligible Accounts. If configured, the User will receive an email at the end of the process with an attached PDF detailing which Accounts have been processed.
2. "Non-Auto Commit" - This process allows the User to review the Accounts to be committed in a grid before having them committed. The "Refresh" will be performed as a Background Process and then a grid is displayed for Account selection. The User then manually triggers the Commit. Similar to Auto Commit, the User will be emailed a summary PDF at the conclusion of the commit.
