Reporting and Processes views; New "filter" categories

Previously, the Reporting view had an "All Reports" tab and smaller tabs (after the main tabs) for each of the categories to provide a filtered list of reports.

This has been updated to:

• "All Reports" has been re-captioned to "Reports"
• A filter list is now shown on the "Reports" tab
• No smaller tabs are shown for the different report categories

The Processes view now implements a similar mechanism, making it easy to filter specific types of processes.
