The Bank Transaction List Report may fail with the error "An unexpected error occurred running Report 'Bank Transaction List'. Conversion from type 'DBNull' to type 'Integer' is not valid.".

This occurs if "Include Suspense Items?" is ticked and the "Element" column is included.
