Loan Accounts; new "Other Interest" type of "Credit Limit"
A new Account Type, Other Interest type of "Credit Limit" has been added.
This is similar to "Utilisation", the difference being it is calculated solely on the Credit Limit on the day - rather than the Credit Limit less Balance on the day.
Note, the Interest Rate that is used is always fetched from the Account Type.
