Clients; may fail to delete a Client or fail to combine Clients

Attempting to delete a Client may fail with an error like "Failed to delete Client. Failed to execute SQL. The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "RI_ClientClientEmployme_1". The conflict occurred in database "[databasename]", table "dbo.ClientEmployment", column 'OrganisationClientPk'. The statement has been terminated.".

Note, this error may also occur with combining Clients.

This issue occurs if the Client has an Employment record.
