Account Processes; New flags to indicate whether to process Client and Account Application Workflows
Account Processes now supports running of Client and Account Application Workflows and has distinct options to run these independently of Account Workflows.
As per Account Workflows, the "Include in Account Processes Workflow processing" checkbox on the Options page of the Workflow Types form is respected.
The Account Processes wizard now has 3 Workflow checkboxes:
- Workflows (Account)
- Workflows (Account Application)
- Workflows (Client)
NOTE: Account Application and Client Workflows are checked by default and, what was previously labelled "Workflows" is now "Workflows (Accounts)".
The following ranges are used to filter Account Application Workflows:
- Account Managers
- Account Types
- Branches
- Brokers
- Dealers
- Departments
- Entities
- Payment Methods
- Product Types
The following ranges are used to filter Client Workflows:
- Account Managers (matched to the Client Manager)
- Branches
- Client Groups
- Client Types
Account Processes can also be run as a finPOWER Connect Cloud Scheduled Process via the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, Processes, Scheduled page. These new options are available on the finPOWER Connect Cloud Process wizard.
WARNING: For backwards compatibility setting the WorkflowsProcess property in the Business Layer to False also sets WorkflowsProcessAccountApps and WorkflowsProcessClients to False.
