Modal Summary Pages may have a white background for the bottom section of the page

Shorter Summary Pages using the "blocks" style to display information in a Modal window may have the usual dark grey background colour for the top part of the page but show white below where the summary ends.

This may appear a little jarring so the rest of the Modal window background is now coloured the same dark grey if this styling is detected.
