Document Manager; Enhanced to allow download and delete of multiple files at once and to allow a ZIP archive to be emailed

The Document Manager (mainly represented as the Files grid on forms such as Client and Account), has been updated to allow multiple files to be deleted and downloaded at once.

The Files grid has been updated as follows: * Row selectors are shown allowing multiple files to be selected * Drilldown (double-click) will bypass the download options and just attempt to open the file

If multiple files are selected, the Rename action is disabled.

When clicking the Download action (or right-clicking and selecting "Download"), the following changes have been made:

• The "Default (Web Browser)" option has been changed to "Download file"
• A new "Open file" option is listed
• Only if a single file is selected and it is a PDF or image file
• A new "Email me a zipped copy of these files" option is listed
• If multiple files are selected

NOTE: Double-clicking a row will open (or download) the file without prompting.

The Files grid on the following forms has been updated to use the new functionality:

• Account
• Account Application
• Client
• External Party
• Security Statement
• Tasks view

Other areas have been updated to match the styling and caption changes:

• Reporting view, Downloads tab
• Icons and captions changed in download prompt and "Open file" option added for PDF and image files
• Processes view, Downloads tab
• Icons and captions changed in download prompt

NOTE: The Downloads grids on the Reporting and Processes view represent "packages" which may contain multiple files. Therefore, clicking the "Download" button below these grids will not give you the option to Open the file, simply to Download or Email it. Click the individual file icon in the package for the option to Open the file.
