Website Title now displays "DEBUG MODE" suffix if new Global Setting is enabled

A new option to enable "Debug Mode" has recently been added to the Global Settings form, General, Troubleshooting page in finPOWER Connect desktop.

When enabled, this now appends the text "DEBUG MODE" to the Website Title displayed at the top of finPOWER Connect Cloud (providing a Logo is not being shown).
