Global Settings; new "Troubleshooting" page under General group
A new "Troubleshooting" page has been added under Global Settings, General group.
This includes:
- A button to show Support Information.
- Links to the Intersoft Website and Knowledge Base
- An option to enable "Debug Mode".
Debug mode currently supports the following:
- Writing additional information to the ISServiceLog table for some API Requests.
- This includes Request Headers.
- Requires Permission Key "ServiceLogs.Debug" to be allowed for the User as information stored may include sensitive information.
- WARNING: This may include sensitive information.
- Writing more information to Debug Trace
- Web Request/ Response information.
- Requires Permission Key "ServiceLogs.Debug" to be allowed for the User as information shown may include sensitive information.
- WARNING: This may include sensitive information.
When Debug Mode is turned on the finPOWER Connect Window title will include "DEBUG MODE" and the User will be warned that Debug Mode is currently enabled.
