Email Signatures can now be prefixed with "html" tag to prevent new lines being replaced by "br" tags

The Email Signature specified on the Messaging, Email page of both Global Settings and User Preferences can now be prefixed with

. This prevents any new lines being encoded as HTML line break tags (
) and therefore gives better control over the HTML entered. The tooltips above the Signature fields now contains the following, additional, information: When sending plain-text emails, any HTML tags will be removed. When specifying HTML tags, any new lines will, by default, be replaced by '
' tags. To prevent this, prefix the signature with ''.
