TxtStream Messaging Service; Now supports User overrides for From Name and Reply Email

The TxtStream Messaging Service (New Interface) now supports overriding the SMS From Name and SMS Reply Email on a per User basis.
This can be configured in Cost Centres, TxtStream page, Options tab.

NOTE: if a User Override field does not have a value set, the Cost Centre value will be used for that field.
