Account Withdrawal wizard; may attempt to print Advice when not applicable and error

In the Account Withdrawal wizard, finPOWER Connect may attempt to print the Advice when not applicable and fail with an error. The Withdrawal is successfully committed.

The error displayed is "Failed to Publish Document '[Document]'. Failed to load Bank Transaction View. Record not found.".

This applies where the Transaction Type allows Disbursements and the Disburse Type is initially set to "None", Print Advice is checked, then the Disburse Type is changed.
