The Deposit Account Type setting to "Roll Interest Payout Date forward if it falls on a non-Business Day?" actually uses the Banking Calendar - so should be 'non-Banking' Day.

Therefore the caption has been updated to "Roll Interest Payout Date forward if it falls on a non-Banking Day?".
