MYOB API Accounting interface; validate if Bank Account is a Header or Inactive

The MYOB API Accounting interface has been enhanced as follows:

• PostReceiveMoney and PostSpendMoney requests now pre-validate that the MYOB Account is:
• Not a Group Header
• Is Active

In addition the Company File "Information" summary page, found under Global Settings and Entities, now includes the Chart of Accounts.
