Processes view; "Cannot read property 'StartedUtcDate'" alert message when Web Services are stopped

If, for some reason, Web Services have been stopped and a User is on the Processes view, they may see the alert message "Cannot read property 'StartedUtcDate'".

This was unlikely to happen in a production environment but has been tidied up.
