Buttons on forms such as the Logs form do not remove captions on small devices

The "Reply" and "Reply via SMS" buttons at the bottom-left of the Log form now hide their captions on small mobile devices in order for all buttons to fit on a single row.

There is also slightly less spacing between buttons at the bottom of forms on small devices.

This also applies to any other forms with similar buttons at the bottom-left.

These changes mean that the buttons fit without wrapping on small devices such as the iPhone 6/7/8.
