HTML Widgets; Securitisation Allocation stub added for future support

A stub for the Securitisation Allocation HTML Widget has been added. Attempting to run the Widget will return the following error: "Securitisation Allocation HTML Widget not yet implemented".

Whilst the HTML Widget is not yet implemented, the option to override the built-in Securitisation Allocation form with an HTML Widget has been added, providing the ability for custom HTML Widgets to be written, and then configured to run in place of the existing desktop form. This can be configured in the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, Forms & Actions, Process menu.

NOTE: The database must be licenced for Securitisation to be able to configure a Securitisation Allocation HTML Widget.

The built-in HTML Widget will be implemented fully in a future release of finPOWER Connect.
