Client Connect Sample Portal; Payment Method change would result in error if no Payment Method was selected
When a Client attempted to update their Payment Method for an Account in the Client Connect Sample Portal, and a new Payment Method had not been selected (but the checkbox to update the existing details was checked) an "Object Reference not set to an Instance of an Object" error.
The validation has been improved, and now the more meaningful "A Payment Method must be selected to continue." error is displayed
