Modal forms are now styled differently on small mobile devices

Previously, when viewing a modal form on a small mobile device such as an iPhone, the modal window appeared centred on the screen with a small gap around each of its edges.

This styling has now changed so that the modal form is hard up against all edges except the top where a larger gap is displayed. Also, the bottom corners are not rounded. The modal also slides up from the bottom of the screen making it appear more intuitive that there is something below it.
