Client Identification; Drivers Licence validation for Australia updated to allow 6 character Numbers

Previously, validation for Australian Drivers Licences (Client Identification) failed if there were only 6 numbers/letters in the Licence Number.

The validation now allows Licence Numbers of 6 to 10 numbers or uppercase letters.
