HTML Widgets; Account Payment Details; Improved support for Cash Registers

The Account Payment Detail HTML Widget controls (both incoming and outgoing) have been enhanced to better support Cash Registers.

Previously, making the Cash Register available using the ShowCashRegister(true); function could under some scenarios not display the Cash Register combo box. This has been fixed, and now the Cash Register will display correctly (if also supported by the Payment Method).

Additionally, a new Method has been added to the incoming and outgoing controls; CashRegisterReadOnly(true). This is similar to the equivalent Payment Method Function and allows the Cash Register to be displayed as Read Only.
