HTML Widgets; widget.UI.AddressDetails; Now supports changing of City and Suburb terminology for supporting UK Addressing

Previously, the HTML Widget AddressDetails control did not vary the caption of the City and Suburb controls.

This has been updated to cater for changes to UK Addressing support whereby Suburb is referred to as "Locality" and "City" as "Town/City".
