Users form; "Unlock" button remains enabled even after unlocking a User

The User form has an "Unlock User Account" button, allowing "Locked Out" User accounts to be unlocked.

Once this button had been clicked, regardless of whether the User record had been saved, this button would no longer appear when drilling down from the Users grid to view either this or another locked out User.
