Scripts; standard template header updated to include Version History

The comment block added when pasting script template code into Scripts, Documents etc now includes a Version History block.

Also, if you paste a "Built In Script" this will include a version history of changes made to the built-in script - this will be progressively added by Intersoft as a script is updated. Note, the Job column relates to the internal Job Number used by Intersoft and can be searched for within Intersoft's knowledgebase found at https://www.intersoft.co.nz/Support/Kb.aspx.
