Background Processes; PPSR B2G (Australia) Update; Only single Security Items within Security Statements updating

If a Security Statement had multiple Security Items within a single update (i.e., two or more items belonging to the same Security Statement were in the PPSR B2G Update grid), only one of them was being sent to the PPSR for update.

This has been fixed, and now all items are sent correctly for processing.

NOTE: This only occurred when running the PPSR B2G Update HTML Widget (which runs as a Background Process). The existing finPOWER Connect Desktop form did not have this issue.
